Hello,
I ordered an apple watch from Amazon with ORDER No ***************** and I received a different product which I complained and they send me a replacement product with ORDER No ***************** whilst the product had original packaging It seemed not original so I contacted the amazon and told them that the invoice they sent me has a fake serial number of SDCGYGDY*NF
TO THE POINT THAT THIS SDCGYGDY*NF IS NOT EVEN A GENUINE APPLE SERIAL NUMBER ITS A FAKE SERIAL NUMBER THERE IS NO RESULT ON THIS ITS A FAKE
Which is not an apple genuine serial number no apple product is listed with this serial number so they told me to visit an apple service centre and take a job sheet only then they can give me back the money, So I took the product unopened to apple unicorn in Chandigarh sector **
Who informed me that the packaging is of an original watch but inside is a duplicate product also they told me this is quite common with amazon and they have seen many customers come with this issue of fake product
I spend more than ***** Rs for this product I was shocked They told me to take a job sheet which I gave to amazon they took back the product after few days I asked for refund they denied me and said they will do took an investigation in which they denied refund Now they have took the product and also my money and here I am sitting like a fool Please help me they are very rude people they told me do anything we will not give you back the money and I am very Mentally Harassed
THE PRODUCT THAT WAS SENT BY YOUR COMPANY ALREADY HAD A NONGENUINE SERIAL NUMBER AND THE PRODUCT INSIDE HAD A GENUINE NUMBER BUT WRONG/FAKE PRODUCT WHICH IS VERY SHAMEFUL I AM ALSO COMPLAINING TO THE POLICE AND WILL DO A LEGAL ACTION AND WILL SHARE WITH MEDIA ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS AS EVEN THE STORE TOLD ME THIS HAPPENS A LOT WITH TIME THEY GET A LOT OF CUSTOMERS WITH FAKE WATCHES FROM AMAZON.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
