Booking error was shown on screen. No funds should have been taken as a result. I decided not to proceed with the idea of booking a hotel and so I did not try to remake the booking. Checked bank account to find almost £*** was debited from my account. Screenshots of all aspects were taken and subsequently sent to MMT. Complaints raised on more than one occasion. No resolution as of yet. Hours and hours of calls and false promises and nothing to show for it.
Have spoken to CSAs, Supervisors, you name it. Every single person has lied and misled me and I feel truly disgusted at the lack of business ethics on this companies part.
Currently without money in India thanks to Make My Trip.
