agoda - fraudulent and mis representation for my hotel booking by agoda

i was book hotel in deltin dhaman for * adult and * child for *st sept **** to *rd sept **** from agoda site my booking id is ********** before i booked the hotel i freeze my amount with agoda by paying rs **** aprx and at the time of final payment the payment site shows me only for booking of * adult , at that time i called to agoda service center and raise my complain regarding same and miss monisha executive of agoda attend my call and confirm my booking status and given me false statement that in their system it shows booking for * i:e * adult and * child due to payment of less amount it shows * adult booking but when you pay full payment it shows all gest details in booking conformation , i have recording of that call also and on her conformation i paid full amount but after paying the full amount the status was same and after that i again call in agoda where mr. akash Executive of agoda attend my call and given me details that i have paid for only * adult when i explain the matter regarding my booking , he send me email for sorry on behalf of Company and instruct me that you pay extra amount to hotel and send me receipt i will refund the same and at that time when i revert the mail for misrepresentation no one attend my call and email , the company totally give me false statement . and given me mentally tension . i request you to please investigate the matter and compensate me by given proper judgment .
