This app is for cheating people. I tried to book a ticket from kolkata to
Varanasi on *th July ****, selected the date, but the date updated to **th
june automatically because some days back I Searched some hotel for **th
june. This is a serious problem of the app. Moreover it doesn't show the date on any screens after I make the
choice of date. So I ended up booking a ticket for **th june instead of *th
July. I realized it in the confirmation email they sent me. I tried to
cancel but saw I would get zero refund. Attempted rescheduling, paid rs
**** for it. But the app showed your effort has failed. They didn't send a
confirmation email of the ticket, the ticket was still showing **th june
and money was not debited from my account. I waited for * mins, no
progress. I took it as a failed txn and reattempted the rescheduling. This
time it was all good. Paid ****, ticket got updated. But when I checked my
account balance, both the amount was debited. So I paid twice for the same
rescheduling. I tried to contact customer support but they only contact the
customers via email. Replies were mechanical, they said their app is
automatic so it can take any date for updating and when I said that first
time your app said your effort has failed, they kept asking for the
screenshot again and again. Moral of the story, they didn't refund. You aree not mere frauds or thieves, you are a bunch of robbers...
