On **th November ****, when salary was credited, it was Rs.**,*** less,however the credit message and payslip had full amount mentioned.When contacted bank,they informed transaction of Rs.**,***.** has been happened and is been converted to EMI on credit and Debit card whose toatal EMI is Rs.***** which is been debited.The details are : November:Rs.**,***
December:Rs.**,***
February:Rs.**,***
March : Rs.**,***
May:Rs.**,***
The amount of transaction was Rs.**,***.** and till date the amount got debit from account is Rs.**,***.I have also closed it for credit card by paying Rs.**,***.So in total till now I have paid Rs.*,**,***
When contacted shine and informed them for unused services and for refund they are just saying its bank who has to pay. However the services which Shine.com is referring having activated on my account,I have never used them.
