While placing an order the payment is done by upi using google pay and money is deducted from the bank account and the order is cancelled automatically at last . Now ajio customer care is saying that they didn't recieve money and google pay is showing that payment is done and order is placed.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
