Libas - Fraud

We purchased a product from libas online. We return the product due to damaged. We request a refund and the picked the item. They told that the refund will be send with *-* days but more than * month has been passed i have not received any amount till now. Please help.

Libas – I have returned my product due to size issue They have not refunded my money though it s been Closed
I haven't received my refund yet. It's showing money refunded in the app but actually it's not been done The customer care also not responding the calls emails. Worst experience ever
