Libas - Unfulfilled order refund not initiated after a week too

I placed an order on *rd dec **** next day I got mail that bcs I of quality issue they cancelled the order after couple of days when I didn’t get any update from their side I contacted cs from last *days each they say wait for next **hours

Libas – I have returned my product due to size issue They have not refunded my money though it s been Closed
I haven't received my refund yet. It's showing money refunded in the app but actually it's not been done The customer care also not responding the calls emails. Worst experience ever
