Anjali Singh filed complaint against Libas on Apr 16, 2025
I had placed an order with Libas on *nd April **** for two silk fabric suits in mustard yellow and wine colour, both in medium size. However, to my shock, I received a completely wrong product - cotton suits in *XL size.
I immediately raised a complaint with their customer support on *th April ****, requesting a refund and return for the incorrect items. They initially asked for ** hours to look into the issue.
However, there has been no proper update or resolution ever since. Each time I follow up with them, I am given a new timeline:
- First ** hours,
- Then an additional *–* days,
- And today (**th April), they are now asking for *–* more days.
There has been no communication unless I follow up from my end, and the return/refund request is still unresolved. Additionally, there is no visible progress or update on their application or website.
It has now been over ** days since I raised the complaint, and the issue remains pending without resolution.
I am extremely disappointed with the service and negligence in handling such a basic issue. I request Voxya’s support in escalating this matter and helping me get a prompt refund and resolution from Libas.
