I ordered a pink floral zari embroidered Kurta Set of Rs.**** on **/**/****.
I received wrong product (some blue colour maxi ) on **/**/****
I mailed regarding this issue for which they replied they cannot honor claim as per their investigation warehouse personnel packed correct dress and they attached some video also.
If correct dress was packed then how will I receive the wrong product.Iam attaching proofs.Please look into the issue
