I got a call from timestravelcare, a merchant of paytm with offers of travel package (****) and an assured gift.
I believe in them as they had all my personal information from Paytm including orders I made on paytm.
I made a payment of **** through paytm and now they are not responding.
I contacted Paytm also, but they are refusing any help as per them they are just payment partners and advised me to file a legal complaint.
Even they are not ready to block merchandise account so that no other person can fell into trap.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
