Dear Sir
I would like to inform you that even after lots of requests and reminders I didn't get any satisfactory resolution/call or response from Amazon's side regarding my complaint. Also ** days of Notice period before legal action has been ended, as on **th May **** I have sent an email to team Amazon, with the subject "Final Notice before legal action" but as usual Amazon didn't show their interest to resolve the issue fairly.
Now I'll start the next course of action, as per the guidelines by courts.
Complaint summary:
I had ordered a *G device on **th April **** and got delivered *G on **th May ****, means after ** days instead of one day only (all details have been shared to Amazon as email attachment) even after sending many concern emails to Amazon.
Also I had/have to pay/paid extra charges as late fees, bank processing charges, other charges etc. More than actual price but as refund I got only actual price, which was deducted at the time of ordering. Since Amazon should refund as original price of the *G gadget as *****/- because Amazon sold it to me on "Deal Price/Offer price @ *****/-
Team Amazon shown a very irresponsible, irritating, irrelevant and unprofessional behaviour by supporting this fraud willingly. I faced a lot of technical and monetary (approx * lacs loss) issues due to Amazon's such type of scam within my business trip.
I didn't get any satisfactory resolution or response from Amazon's side.
Note: hear again, I am attaching the confirmation emails regarding my *G device order from team Amazon and other screenshots too as proofs.
