Paytm - FRAUD TRANSACTION

ON **.**.**, WE HAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROM PAYTM TO INFORM FOR SUSPICIAOUS ACTIVITY ON MY PAYTM WALLET AND ASK FOR MY PERSONAL DETAILS, I AM CUT THE CALL *-* TIMES, AND SUDDNELY I GOT THE MESSAGE FOR DEBIT AMOUNT OF *****.** FROM MY PAYTM POSTPAID AT BHIMA JEWELLERS. SAME TIME I HAVE LODGE THE COMPLAINT TO PAYTM AND ALSO AFTER SOME DAYS TO CYBER CELL. AFTER SOME DAYS WE RECIVED A MAIL FROM PAYTM FOR INFORMATION TO THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO REVERT THE AMOUNT AND ALSO CYBER CELL CLOSE MY COMLAINT WITHOUT ANY RESULTS. AND NOW WE HAVE RECIVED *-* CALLS FROM PAYTM RECOVRY CELL TO PAY THE AMOUNT.
PLEASE HELP ME FOR QUIT THIS SITUATION .
