Gattipally Ragadeep filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 25, 2023
Hello,
I bought shoes in Flipkart on **th Sept-**, and got the order on **th Sept-**. Due to discomfort I have raised a return request on the same day. They mentioned that the order will be picked up by *th Oct-**, but it has not been picked up by that date, from *th Oct-** onwards I am raising complaints by calling customer support and on Twitter too. But there is no proper response from them (Attached screenshots).
When I raised complaints on Twitter, I got a response from an account which looks like Flipkart support(Attached screenshot). I thought that it was their customer support. They mentioned a **/* contact number in that tweet. So, I reached them on that number.
Fraud happened from here. They asked me to install anydesk/TeamViewer but I didn't install them. So, they asked me to open the screen share option in the WhatsApp, after that they asked me to show the app and product details in the screen share. I thought that they were helping me through the app and have shared the screen, so I have opened the Flipkart, and shown the product in the screen sharing. Suddenly I am getting the OTP's while I am in the screen sharing, then I realised that something is happening and immediately stopped the screen share, but in the meantime they have logged into my Flipkart account and bought Zomato Restaurant Digital Vouchers worth of *****, they made two transactions with my saved credit cards in the app. One transaction with Axis Bank Credit bought * vouchers worth ***** (**** each - * quantity), another transaction with Kotak Credit Card worth ***** (**** each - * quantity). Total ** vouchers in two transactions with * quantities on each transaction.
They have selected an address in my address list but they have added their email ID for vouchers.
Immediately I connected to respective banks and informed them to dispute the transaction and block the card, they registered the complaint regarding fraud transactions.
I also informed the same to the Flipkart support but they didn't respond immediately.
I also gave a complaint to the cyber security cell Hyderabad, they gave me acknowledgement too.
This all shit happened only because of Flipkart service. AND now Flipkart blocked my account and cancelled the return by saying irregularities in the payment (After one month of complaint and after fraud transaction).
I have attached a few screenshots for your reference.
Please check and take proper action on Flipkart and help me to get the amount back.
