Agoda - Fraud site n fraud ppl agoda

I booked the warwick hotel in san fransisico through agoda & paid them the amount of rs ***** for my hotel booking from **th to **th may **** but to my surprise when i reached warwick san fransisco hotel told me that they have not recieved any amount & they again charge me $ ***.** on my credit card. So after all when my credit card bill came it was written that agaoda paid to warwick london rather than warwick san fransisco .since theni have been following with agaoda pepole & all i hear is that its in process .this is one of the most idiotic & most unprofessional service ive ever seen where no complaints is heard & what they tell is that we are contacting our partners & we ll refund ur money very soon . Ive sent them everything with credit card bills to emails but of no use & if this thing continue ill raise a complaint with consumer court coz i wont let my hard earned money go like this .this is fraud site where they dont listen to any complaints n once if they take money they dont refund even if they have done something wrong pathetic site n fraud staff
