Make my trip - Fraud selling of flight ticket and refund

I had a return flight from luxembourg to new delhi via warsaw on ** th october ****. The ticket was bought through make my trip. Few days before the flight we received a mail stating the flight has been canceled by the airlines due the ongoing covid -** pandemic. Post receiving this mail we tried to initiate a refund for are ticket since the flight was canceled by airlines. On speaking with make my trip they said the money can not refunded since the flight was not operationa (this information was provided to us on ** feb ***** after quire a lot of phone calls and mails to mmt) . If the flight was not operational how did make my trip sell the ticket on it booking portal? And mmt is not willing to give any concrete response. The phone stay on recorded message through out the day. We can't even complaint anywhere
