We booked a room through Agoda on *nd November **** at Fab Express Wenlock Holmes, Ooty, India with booking confirmation as follows: Booking ID: *********
Check In: November *, **** Friday
Check Out: November *, **** Monday
In the Guest Name: Gopinath H.K for * adults ( Family Room) and paid full amount INR. *,***.** but today when we wanted to check in to that hotel , hotel people said they never received any booking with this name or ID and we did not get any room over there and we faced lot of problem for alternate rooms or hotels and we are unable to contact Agoda also ..I kindly request for the refund of the entire amount INR ****.**
