SAI SRUJAN filed complaint against PAYTM on May 8, 2024
This is an unauthorized fraud transaction done through my Paytm account,
amount was deducted from my postpaid account without my knowledge and this
was done in BigBasket.I even spoke with the Bigbasket team they also sent the
mail that no order or transaction was done linked with my phone number with
that amount. i even attached that screenshot . the paytm guys harrasing me
regarding this through calls and msges and talking badly
