On **/**/**** an online mediclaim policy purchased from the company by name Health care India/Health India. Paytm provided payment gateway support to this fraud company.
Health care India has a website www.healthcareind.com and customer support mail id: info@healthcareind.in
All addresses mentioned on the website are fake. A case was registered in consumer court Faridabad. Mails sent through speed post at their three addresses have returned. They don't reply to emails. Incoming call facility to their only contact no +************ is blocked.
Court now wants their bank address and account details to send the fresh notice. A police complaint is also registered in Faridabad.
A complaint with no ********* was registered with Paytm on **/**/**** but after ** days complaint is still pending.
Now I want to file a case against Paytm for not providing information for legal matter (against complaint no ********* registered with them), not complying updated/verified KYC of fraud company.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
