Paytm - Fraud in Paytm Wallet

Hi,
Today morning when I have checked my SMS then I come to know that around *.** AM there were two transactions was done from my Paytm wallet which is for amount **** Rs and *** rs.... I havent any idea for these transactions. I have never shared my login credentials and/or OTP to anyone.
The money has been transferred from my Paytm wallet to any "Maa medical clinic".

Sir, This is clear case of fraud as either there is any loop hole from paytm application or paytm data compromised.
