Sonali Mehta filed complaint against Paytm on Oct 2, 2021
On **.**.**** around *.**pm, from the Respondent concern post-paid account Rs.*****/- (Rupees Fourteen thousand three hundred and fifty-nine only) has been deducted. That the Complainant found that recharge from * different airtel numbers (**********, **********, **********).
I have already filed complaint against paytm but did not get any resolution. On daily I am receiving call for payment it is getting harrasing. Paytm collection person visited my place also for the money.
They send me message the legal action will be taken if I will not pay the amount. My CIBIL score is also getting impacted just because of this.
I want my refund and compensation for all the mental stress I have gone through because of Paytm.
