Swiggy instamart - Fraud in my swiggy instamart account

On September **th, around *:** PM, I received a message stating that ₹**,***.** had been debited from my account. Upon checking the message, I realized it was for a Swiggy Instamart order. I then checked the Instamart app and discovered that someone had ordered an iPhone *** GB using my account.

Without wasting a second, I went to the 'help' section of the order and reported the fraud, requesting an urgent call. They informed me they were "on call," but despite my repeated requests for an immediate callback, no one contacted me. In the meantime, I also called the delivery person and asked them to wait before delivery, explaining that I was trying to get in touch with Swiggy to stop this fraudulent order.

However, no one called me, and to make matters worse, my account number has been changed, and I am no longer able to log in to Swiggy. I urgently request your assistance on how to resolve this issue.
