I ordered for strontium pendrive **gb for ***, amazon.in delivered a broken pieces of Kingston **gb with attachment on the top the details i ordered , they accepted the fraud after ** days and agreed to refund , and I requested them to send it to my bank account as I have lost my faith to purchase anymore , the customer executive said it will take another * days , i agreed and now they added it to my amazon account (that I have to use the amount for purchase with amazon which I don't want to for i don't want to harrass me anymore ) , also I requested them if they can't send me the genuine product that it originally agreed to sell which they denied .
Isn't it a force full selling strategy of other product .
I believe I will get help .
