I had ordered marshall Stockwell Bluetooth Speaker on **/**/**** and received on **/**/**** but when I received before unboxing we started video recording and found some tiles and old radio of the ****s. I raised a complaint against it on Flipkart to return and refund the product. On the very next day product picked up on **/**/**** at around **:** by E kart. I got the message on the same day around **:** from E kart that Pick up cancelled: PIckup of marshall Stockwell Bluetooth Speaker with tracking ID FMPR********** from flipkart.com has been cancelled as you decided to keep the product. After picking up how can E Kart say that your pick up is cancelled and he didn't update it to Flipkart? When I had some words with the Flipkart executive that he picked so why it is not updated on the app. Again I called to Flipkart their support executive are dumb they are not even updated and now I want compensation too because my hard-earned money got stuck and the headache they gave me it doesn't allow me to focus on my work. Please help
