Fire Boltt - Fraud Company

I purchased a watch from Flipkart on **th October ****. That watch was Fireboltt Talk Pro (Current Price – Rs **** from Fireboltt Official Website). Whose one-year warranty was given to me.
On **th August ****, vertical lines appeared on the display of the watch, so I took it to the service center for replacement on **th August ****.
On *th September I received a parcel which contained Firbolt Talk * (Current Price - Rs **** from Fireboltt official website).
It was not acceptable for me to buy a product worth Rs **** and get a product worth Rs ****.
So I called customer service and registered a complaint (Complaint Ticket ID – *******) And in that I told them to give me the same product or within the same price range another product as written in the warranty policy.
Then on *th or *th September, reverse pickup happened and I returned that watch (Talk*).
Then on **th September I again received a parcel in which again the same watch appeared (Talk*).
So I again called customer service and registered a complaint (Complaint Ticket ID – *******) And in that I told them to give me the same product or within the same price range another product as written in the warranty policy.
And senior executive of customer service Mr. Prajwal After talking to him he assured me that Fireboltt Legacy (Current Price - Rs. ****) will be a replacement watch.
On **th October I again received a parcel in which I again got the same watch (Talk*).
Fire Boltt Company's warranty policy Lines = In case, the product is replaced within the warranty timeline and is sold-out, then an upgraded category of product of the same price range will be offered. The customer will not be eligible for a gift card or refund, and warranty will continue as per previous product purchase date.
Instead of a watch worth Rs ****, you guys are giving me a watch worth Rs ****. that too three times? Who will be responsible if the warranty expires on **th October ****? And now they are refusing to take that watch back.
This is my humble request to you, please give me that what I've paid for Fireboltt Talk Pro (Current Price – Rs **** from Fireboltt Official Website), and if they don't have that stock then give me Fireboltt Legacy (Current Price - Rs. **** on official Website).Or If not please refund my money back.
