I have been cheated by Eureka Forbes. Bought annual maintenance contract in **** and **** for Enhance RO+UV+UF+ MTDS. I found that UF filter is missing and post carbon filter is fitted inspite of UF filter. But actual post carbon filter was never replaced. So there are * post carbon filter and no UF filter. Moreover the technician didn't bring the sealed company logo kit while replacing filters. I was not aware of this blue colour kit. I also doubt if all the filters are genuine or not as the manufacturing date or serial number is not mentioned on all of them except membrane.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
