Bookworms, please steer clear of Chapterone Bookstores. As an avid reader who also runs an online interactive reading group, I order books all the time from various platforms and this time around I placed an order via ChapterOne. It has been * days and they have neither processed the order nor cancelled it and their customer care rep Priya (via their online help desk - there is no phone number) has also absconded. When I took to social media to complain about the issue, they banned me from commenting on their FB page about the problem. And, even though they've seen the Insta story I put up, they are still refraining from processing or cancelling the order!
