For my order related to certain purchases,the executive from Paytm informed that I am entitled for a free I phone.
Later on they informed that there will be a charge of ****.** towards GST which will be refunded through the Paytm wallet.
They took the payment, but informed that refund is having some issues.They asked for fresh payment with an assurance that the combined amount of the two payments will be refunded.
Thereafter they started pestering for login details of payment citing that there are some issues in the app which they will sort it out.
Thereafter,they pestered for login details of credit card with an assurance for crediting it back to the card account.
In the process they swiped Arora ***** from my paytm wallet,***** from my credit card and ***** to the Paytm payment account..
I am sure that such a massive operation could not be possible without the support of the big people.Though there is some mistake on my part,the people talking to me and having access to the system makes it a dangerous concoction.
They will vruin the entire digital fabric of India.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
