HONDA 2 WHEELARS INDIA - Fraud by honda company

Sir I have to say that I had bought a new activa *g scoty from regency Honda showroom BC. Road Jammu in **** .I bought scoty with full payment and I have also paid the registration fees .but at that time my registration no is not issued .I told to the showroom authority when the no had issued,they said that it takes time..after one month I visited showroom and ask for the number they again said that it takes times ..after one month I gone again to the showroom but I had not seen any good news .. Till from **** to **** may ,I had not issued my registration no not have rc. Plate ..I visited *** times to the showroom but they don't solve my issue and when they the issue to their system it showed my rc.no.,chases number to other party .
How this carelessness had to the customer by Honda company .I visited many tymes to the showroom but they solve my issue..at last I have only one routs to case a fraud case to Honda company ..kindly see the matter and refund my amount plus tha amount of penalty loss suffered by me in *+ years .I had bought it in between ***** rs ..I want the scoty payment plus the inconvenience loss amount from Honda company.
