I have ordered a cake of amount Rs. *** at **:** am today from Creme castle via Zomato.

I got a call from Zomato +** **-******** at **:** pm mentioning that the delivery boy Sanjay has met with an accident and they are sending another delivery boy. So, I need to pay him the amount again in order to get the refund for order placed with Sanjay. Everything seemed so genuine because the call came from Zomato number and he gave the cake.
Gaurav is the delivery boy who delivered the cake and showed me a button on the app which is will slide if I pay him the amount and I will get the refund for Sanjay order.
I have already raised the complaint against him and even the agent helped me to connect with him. He agreed on call that he met with an accident so he sent his friend. He is not picking my calls.
Please refund my amount and deduct from his salary as I should not suffer and call the delivery boy myself. Neither Sanjay is picking my call nor his friend Gaurav.
This experience has messed up my birthday celebration.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
