Bata India Ltd - Fraud by Bata and Not Returning Money for more than 4 months

Hi, I Recently purchased Some items in order no ********, only * item got delivered and other was not delivered, to my surprise the Product i was received was bata product Comfit Flat Chappals For Women ARTICLE NO: F***********EE and when i opened the packet the Product is defective and used one. both the slippers is not of same size. I made the written complaint dated ** May ****, Since then i am trying them over phone and every time i do so they cut the phone but luckily got the chance to discuss the things with them, but refused to Refund due to defective product. Please save me from this FRAUD by the company and my money back, also for the harassment they have provided to me. With Not only this took the Piece back and its been more than * months and not returning back, every week i call there toll free and every time they bloody bas...d give a new number and doesnt return my money. I have given many times my bank account details and every nonsense employees says within ** hours it will reflect in your account. the reference numbers are as follows :- *. BM-***** *. ******* *. ******* and many more list to follow. I request to help me out in getting my money back from these beggers. Also be aware to not buy anything from Data as they send Used product and doesnt repay refund as well.
