I Ordered a Shoe from Amazon, I got the product on ** Jan, Product was entirely different, Now i tried hard to return the product again they investigate the process on *-feb delivery boy came and pick up the product after *-* days when i didn't get my money back i asked for that they again told me investigation still going on. Now on ** Feb they can't help and they can't refund my money back.
Please look into this matter and help me out to get my money back
