Makemy Trip - Fraud Bus Booking Service Provided by MakeMyTrip

I have booked an MSRTC bus ticket from makemytrip.com. While Online booking and selecting the seat i was shown the front *nd Row seat for seat# **. But At the time of boarding i found that seat#** is the last corner seat in the BUS. Same fraudulent case happened for seat#** passenger as well. He was also shown the front *nd Row seat for seat#** at the time of booking but the seat was at last row. This is a clear cheating and fraud that these bus operators are doing with passengers. This was a semi sleeper bus but since the actual seat#** was at last row i could barely sit properly on that seat. The seat was very uncomfortable and at every speed breaker/holes in the road, i faced terrible bumps, jerks and shocks. The entire night i struggled and faced alot of health issues next day. My entire body is paining because of this. Please take this issue seriously and please provide my money back. Also please make sure you show the correct seat position on your website.
