Online legal India - Fraud and Misrepresentation by Online Legal India during GST Registration Process

I applied for GST registration through Online Legal India on **th September ****. Initially, I was told to pay only for GST registration. However, their representatives continuously misled and pressured me to make multiple payments, claiming that BRL, trademark registration, and business name protection were mandatory for GST approval.

Believing their false statements, I ended up paying a total of ₹**,*** in four transactions. Despite repeated follow-ups and multiple emails, the company neither provided the promised service nor issued a refund.

They have repeatedly sent template emails asking me to “wait for ** hours” (now over * times), without taking any concrete action. This clearly shows deliberate delay and refusal to resolve the issue. I have already filed a consumer complaint at the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Baghpat (Reference No. ************), but the company continues to ignore it.

This has caused me severe mental stress and financial loss as I am only ** years old. The company’s conduct amounts to misrepresentation, unfair trade practice, and harassment under the Consumer Protection Act, ****. I am seeking a full refund of ₹**,*** along with compensation for the mental stress caused.
