I HAVE BOOKED BUS ON **TH OCT **** FROM KOLKATA TO PATNA WITH BOOKING ID NU************** AND REF PNR NO. IS B*PCY**E BUT DUE TO HEALTH ISSUE I WAS NOT TRAVELLED AND TRIED TO CONTACT BUS OPERATOR ON MOB NO. ********** AND ********** BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY AND THEN I HAVE COMPLAINT IN MMT BUT THEY HAVE NOT SUPPORTED ME ANY MORE WHEN THEY HAVE CALLED THE BUS OPERATOR AGAIN THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED THEN I HAVE ASKED FOR REFUND BUT NOW THEY ARE DENYING TO REVERSE MY MONEY ALSO ON MMT THERE IS AN OPTION THAT IF I HAVE MISSED MY BUS THEN THEY CAN REFUND AS SPECIAL CASE BUT NOW THEY ARE REFUSING THE SAME.
