I booked service for Television repair on **rd July ****, Executive arrived and mentioned that there is a software issue and mother board needs to be changed and there will be charges of Rs.****/- approximately, Later mentioned he will not be able to service the same at home therefore he will have to take the TV back to his service area and will fix the issue and deliver back. We agreed for the same and he took the TV on **th July ****, Today on **th July **** he visited along with TV and mentioned that after changing the mother board he saw that display is not working, When mentioned there was nothing wrong with the Display he said he found out only after changing mother board. This guy has taken my TV to his place and stolen the internal parts and replaced the same with a broken display. I bought this TV for Rs.*****/- and now its completely broken plus I have paid him Rs.****/- . Urban company is not resolving the same. Kindly help
