I had booked an international flight between Munich-Delhi using MMT with arilines Airfrance/KLM(ETicket : IN****B*S*******). Due to a severe medical emergency (detection of Cancer) couple of days before the journey, I contacted MMT to cancel and provide the complete refund. They out rightly gave denied the request saying that the refund is to be done by Airline. When i contacted the airline, they said that they will do the complete refund in this case but the request shall come from MMT. I gave this information to MMT and instead of helping further, they simply closed the ticket. Then they showed height of insensitivity and in-humanness by calling on my mobile repeatedly and asking me to give a good feedback for the ticket.
Later i cancelled the ticket almost *-* days before the journey and MMT sent me a confirmation that after deducting the cancellation fees, the remaining amount is refundede. It has been almost ** days that and i have still not received the refund. I wrote to them more than a week ago and they are sending the same stereotype response every ** hours that they are forwarding the complaint to the concerned department.
They are really shameless, wayward and inhuman. I am really getting frustration and tension even in this severe medical condition.
I am thinking of filing an official complaint to the GOI and in court to get a compensation for the mental harassment.
I request everyone to never use their services.
Once i came out of my illness, i am bound to launch a media campaign against them. The whole world should know the reality of them.
