Airtel - Fradulent Sales by AIRTEL

Airtel installed "Boxes" on electric poles near our area. And their sales team, showing those boxes promised fiberoptic internet by night of **-**-****. Two days later, the sales team disappeared and call and tell that it will take another ten days for them to provide service. Reason, those boxes are not "wired" or "connected" yet and "Kaam abhi chal rahaa hai". I contacted their NODAL office and they promised resolution by **.** PM of **-**-**** and now say, it will be another ** days because the box is not wired yet and it will take another ** days.

Now on the onset, I had asked if the infrastructure was in place and only then I would pay money. They (sales team) assured me that all was in working order and all that they needed to do was pull a wire from the box (which was done), Install a modem (which was not done) and the internet connection will be up and running.

This is a major inconvenience at the Work From Home is suffering.
