Swiggy - Found glass piece in pizza

I have ordered pizza from lean crust pizza via swiggy. I found glass piece in pizza and it has scratched /made cut in my tongue and mouth. I have raised complaint with swiggy. But even after more than ** hrs there is no response from swiggy.
