I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the price drop I have experienced with my Ola Electric Scooter, OLA SX * Plus, with order number OET-***************-RFI*** . I purchased this scooter on **/**/**** with the expectation of due deligent after sales service.
However, since **/**/****, it has come to my notice that there has been a price drop of the above variant mentioned.
As of today, December **, ****, there is a significant price drop on one of Ola's electric scooters! The Ola S* X+ has gotten a discount of ₹**,***, bringing its new ex-showroom price down to ₹**,***.
Unfortunately, while I booked the same it was booked @ Rs ******/- .This continued lack of resolution has caused me significant financial loss.
Therefore, I request immediate action from Ola Electric to address this issue effectively.
I trust that Ola Electric will handle this matter with the utmost seriousness and professionalism. I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue.
