I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an extremely disappointing experience I had with my recent order through your platform.
On June *, ****, I ordered "Infinity Chicken Noodles" from my go-to restaurant 'Oink Infinity' via the Swiggy app. To my surprise, I received pork instead of chicken. The quality of the meat was appalling, with visible body hairs and other unacceptable issues (see attached photos). This is not only a gross error but also a severe health concern, as neither I nor my family members consume pork. Had I not checked carefully, I might have unknowingly consumed it, which is absolutely disgusting.
When I contacted in-app support, I was merely offered a refund without any acknowledgment of the seriousness of the situation or an appropriate investigation into the matter. This response is highly unsatisfactory and demonstrates a lack of concern for customer safety and service quality.
I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue:
Investigate the restaurant 'Oink Infinity' to ensure such errors do not recur.
Ensure that the quality standards for food safety and hygiene are upheld.
Provide a more satisfactory resolution beyond a refund, considering the distress and potential health risks involved.
Please look into this matter urgently, as it is very serious. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to my concerns. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
