I have placed an order for * kurta's and paid ****Rs and however now still refund is stuck for * products and even now when it comes to refund the executive says as there was a cashback given we cannot give that amoumt back to your bank and they are deducting that amount for total amount and refunding back in card .. and they want me to take ****/- in amazon pay which is forceful and i do not want that. I want my complete amount in my bank by which i made the payment. Order no. : ***-*******-*******
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
