Paytm - Forceful charges by PayTm harassing calls

This is a issue with Paytm, where they started calling me (read constant calls **-** a day) for the last * month for some overdue charges which I am unaware of. When enquired, they mentioned it's for some Prepaid services, I told them I am unaware of any such services, I asked them to check internally & told them clearly that I have never asked for such services, nor I need it as I always use my pre-filled digital wallet for any purchases. However, neither they sorted my issue, nor their constant calls stopped....I called them multiple times, but no result & moreover, their customer agents were extremely rude & ill-behaved. Note- they quoted amount is INR ***, for me *** is not a huge amount, but it's a forced service & forced charges & on top of it, they are sending me threatening messages, that they will take me to the court and all, when I clearly told these services are not with my consent, I need a support & action against Paytm for harassing me constantly with their calls & messages. It annoyed me and disturbed me during my work hours. I spent money on calling them, where I was on hold for almost *-** minutes every time. I need your support to stop their annoying calls & such threatening messages. It's not a customer friendly approach atall.
