I have booked on chalakudy to pulpally bus sleeper yesterday **/**/****. I am a women and before reaching my dropping point i was changed to another semi sleeper bus. When i asked why did not tell earlier. He said that the bus was going to the service. Is this the protection you give to a women. If you had to go to the service you should have delivered your customer correctly to the dropping point and you can go any where you want. This is your mistake. Bus no KL**L**** COCHIN EXPRESS
