Subject: Fare discrepancy in recent Rapido ride
Message:
Dear Rapido Support Team,
I recently booked a ride where the fare shown in the app was ₹***. After the ride, the driver added ₹* as a waiting fee and ₹** for luggage. I was asked to pay a total of ₹***.
However, in the ride history, the fare only shows ₹*** as paid. There is no mention of the extra ₹** for luggage, which makes the final amount unclear.
I would appreciate it if you could help clarify:
- Why the app shows ₹*** when I paid ₹***.
- Whether additional charges for luggage are officially part of Rapido's fare policy.
