ASHOK VERMA filed complaint against OYO Rooms on Oct 12, 2018
It is a general complaint for almost all the Oyo hotels wherein they ask to rate * starts in front of them while checking out and if lower ranking is given they plainly and rudely say not to come to their hotel again. As per law of contract, if they have opened a hotel anybody can come and stay there and they cannot refuse and forcing to give rating as per their wish is just surprising. I know that if they are stopped in doing such thing they will resort to other methods e.g. persons giving lower rating would be denied room on the pretext that no room is vacant, however, if the room is managed they will create various problems of water, food stay etc. I request to bring this to the knowledge of the CEO Mr.Ritesh Agarwal. I have been regularly staying for about ** days in Oyo rooms in Noida.
