Dear Tata cliq Team,
Very dissatisfied and dissappointed by the customer service of Tata-cliq. It's definitely demanding the name of TATA's.
I have order the product on **rd jan, without my intimation it was cancelled automatically and when enquired it was told to me that while shifting it is damaged so seller cancelled it, now I got the refund in wallet i want in my account, now again the product is shown in your app with very high pricing, that means you Guys give only false commenting to customers when you can not execute the orders and after few days again the product got available with very high cost, and you even didnot give us the customer money back as it is directly credit in the wallet. Why should I trust tata clique, I want my wallet money in my account or give me the product as per earlier price, ( reason to get money in my bank is that- i do not trust tata cliq as my shopping e comm website, i got the product with other websites with very less price and good customer services there )
I will also tweet the same and do that in other social platforms regarding cheating by Tata- Cliq to their customers.
