Not the first time. whenever we report the food is spilled or not cooked or you get the ready made paratha directly from freezer swiggy shy away from their resposibility always. have been victim for these incidents a lot of time. not about the amount of money I lose. its about how I had been left hungry even after spending a lot and go through this kind of customer service is causing mental pressure.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
