I ordered the food along with soft drink through zomato. So when go the food package the soft drink was spilled in it. The food became wet due that spill. I immediately complaint to the zomato through chat but not get satisfactory reply then again I wrote the email with proper video and photos but still got not recieved appropriate response instead they are only saying this not fall or meet under our criteria. Which is completely unclear.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
