Swiggy - food quality was so pathetic from swiggy

The food quality was so pathetic. I was so embarrassed that I paid Rs *** for that poor and cold food. Strawberry shake was pure water mixed with pink colour and sandwich was not cut in pieces, edges were rough it was stuffed only in the middle and no onion or aloo just plain panner, so unlike taste. Burgers were burnt from the top and were so cold and bread around it was dry. Fries were packed in a momos box and were cold too. Service was so pathetic. I chatted and talked to no avail. They disconnected my chat and call, late replies. Appalling customer service.
